Bread is a food item made from flour after kneading and moistening it. Sometimes it is also fermented. The food is available in various forms and different ingredients are used to make various kinds of breads. It has been a major proof since the pre-historic times. It is a rich source of vitamins and carbohydrates. Bread is available in the form of loaves, bun, and many others.
