Although, it’s not advisable to take any medicine people to suggest you online. The best practice is to visit a doctor and get it prescribed. There are two reasons why I am saying so:

Side Effects −  Such tablets can cause you a fine degree of side effects because they are consumed without understanding your physical condition and this is possible only when you visit your doctor.

What If It Does Not Work? −  Suppose the tablet someone has suggested does not work for you. Then the whole purpose of taking these will be in trouble and you lose your money as well.
