Why the hot air balloons do not come back to the earth and the hot air balloons also have mass?
A hot air balloon can go up and come back to the earth easily.
Working of the hot air balloons.
Hot air balloons are based on a very basic scientific principle: warmer air rises up whereas cooler air goes down.
A hot air balloon contains three essential parts:
1. The burner: for heating the air.
2. The balloon envelops: to hold the hot air.
3. Basket: for carrying the passengers.
When burners are turned on, they start heating the air inside the balloon envelop until it's hot enough to lift the basket filled with passengers off the ground.
Once you rise up in the air, now you only need to control whether the balloon rises or falls: you can go up by turning on the burners so that the air in the envelope can be heated, and you can go down by opening the parachute vent so that hot air can escape and cool air rush in to take its place.
