Specific Areas of Stress
Belly Fat − When we talk about the trouble spots, the first spot that comes to anyone's mind is the belly. The problem of increased belly fat has grown in the past few years and poses a great risk to the person. For example, if you are apple-shaped, which implies that you carry the weight as a tummy tire, you are prone to be diagnosed with heart disease and even heart attack. This indicates how bad fat is in our bodies and how we should try to get rid of any extra fat. Studies conducted around the same also indicate that increased belly fat is one of the direct indicators of future heart problems. To try and lose belly fat, you should try doing sit-ups and other abs exercises. Apart from working on your abs, you can also do cardio, which is one of the great ways to lose belly fat. To the shock of many, reducing stress levels also leads to less belly fat since stress triggers a hormonal chain reaction leading to belly fat. So, apart from working out and strictly following a physical regime, one should also ensure they are not under unnecessary stress.
Butt − This might shock many, but having a rather healthy butt is considered good for a person's health. For instance, studies indicate that a person with an apple-shaped bottom is less prone to be diagnosed with problems like diabetes and even heart disease. To explain things better, if our lower body parts, like our thighs and hips, have relatively more fat, our lower body absorbs the fatty acids. This simply means that fewer fatty acids are in our bloodstream and are not getting deposited in the organs, which they can eventually harm. You can simply start with lower body training for strength. Some of the exercises include squats, leg curls, and leg presses. Even the hormones released by lower body fat are considered to be better than the upper body fat. This goes a long way to show how the parts of our body absorb fat in different ways and how the fat amount in different bodies has different implications.
Thighs − Just like we discussed the lower body above, it's important to discuss the thighs too. Studies show that a person with thin thighs is at a greater risk of heart disease and premature death. Surprisingly, even after considering factors like drinking, smoking, and high blood pressure, people with thinner thighs were more likely to suffer from heart disease. One of the great views of working out your thighs can be indulging in simple aerobic exercises. You could do a few activities: walking, jogging, swimming, and cycling. Squats and calf raise add a lot of muscle definition if done properly and consistently. A few things should be considered before a person indulges in these activities. For example, performing too many muscle definition exercises can lead to soreness or injury. Even running, if you have heavy, can result in injury due to the impact of running too fast.
Ankles − Many people tend to ignore or rather not pay attention to the ankles, but our ankles indicate a lot about our health. For example, a lot of people have ankles that look fat. Now there could be a few reasons for it. Maybe it’s the fat weighing down the ankles, or the person might suffer from or develop a serious and larger medical condition. A person with fat or large ankles might suffer from an infection or have blood clots inside their body. To the
the shock of many, even poor circulation, directly impacts our ankles. A person can suffer from swelling in their legs, ankles, and feet because of poor circulation. You can simply start with basic exercises to work on your ankles. It's always advisable to consult a doctor regarding heavy or fat ankles. A doctor can help you with trimming ankles in different ways and even check for any other major problems which might not be visible to a rational person.
Arms − Many of us suffer from an issue where we feel that maybe our arms are not muscular enough while we surely have more fat on our waist. Sounds familiar? Read on to know more. Recently conducted studies show that people with relatively fewer muscles in their arms and more fat on their waists had a higher mortality rate. This has indicated how even a lack of muscles in a person’s body is as much a health risk. However, it should be kept in the context that no study till now has established a direct connection between fat arms and a person's overall health. A regular strength training regime could go a long way in building arm muscles for a person.
Bust − Having large breasts can be a cause of problems, physical and psychological. Back pain, skin irritation, and difficulty in exercising are common health issues experienced by those with big busts. Over time, this may lead to bad posture, causing further back pain, neck ache, and restricting mobility. The key to avoiding these problems has a properly-fitted and supportive bra that ensures adequate coverage of your breasts. This will help improve comfort and give extra support throughout the day. Pay special attention to straps. They should fit comfortably over your shoulders without digging in or riding up. Properly fitted bras can reduce bounce. You rest assured of better control over movement while also making running or jogging easier without pain or discomfort.
