First, click Find and Select under Home, select Go To...
Home > Find and Select > Go To.
Then enter the location in the text box named Reference and click OK. Then you will be taken to the location. The location may be a single cell like K3 or a range of cells like F5:G5.
Location > Ok.
Another good way to navigate between cells is by using the name box. Just enter the location in the name box and click enter.
