Smartphones and mobile gadgets are still relatively newer concepts in the IT world. The typical mobile smartphone, in comparison to home PCs and laptops, has only been around for a few years. However, because of its rapid rise in popularity, there are has been a rapid rise in such gadget adopters than ever before.

This should be self-evident. You must only download apps from the official App store for your device. Malware might infect your smartphone if you download apps from an unknown source.
