What will be the perimeter of a rectangle whose length is L and breadth is B?


The perimeter of the rectangle :

The perimeter of the rectangle is the sum of the length of all sides of the rectangle.

Perimeter $= L + L + B + B$

                  $ = 2L+2B = 2(L+B)$

Therefore, the perimeter of the rectangle is $2(L+B)$.
