Solution:

Let the assumed mean be $A=100$

We know that,
Mean $=A+\frac{\sum{f_id_i}}{\sum{f_i}}$    

Therefore,  

Mean $=100+\frac{1220}{100}$

$=100+\frac{122}{10}$

$=100+12.2$

$=112.2$

The mean of the given frequency distribution is $112.2$.
