Cost of ointment = Rs 120.25

Total cost of all items in first aid box =

$15.75 + 24.25 + 42.50 + 92.50 + 101.75 + 39.75 + 120.25$

= $436.75$

Therefore, cost of preparing first aid box = 436.75
