If I have an open terrace or beautiful lawns I prefer exercising outdoors. I feel suffocated in a gym and feel uncomfortable to run on the treadmill facing the wall. I feel it is monotonous and boring. If it is an open place, I can do yoga asanas comfortably and feel the vibes. Even my treadmill I can put on the lawn and do my cardio. What do you say?
