Over the time, the coronary artery can become narrow with piling up of cholesterol and finally lead to cut off of blood supply to the heart. When some of the heart muscle dies, a person experiences chest pain and electrical instability of the heart muscle tissue which can be termed as a heart attack. There is an increased risk of heart attack if a person is obese and addicted to smoking.
There are some major symptoms of Heart attack. A feeling of pressure or tightness in the chest. Sometimes it may start with squeezing or aching in the arms that can spread to the neck or back. Such symptoms require immediate medical attention to avoid further damage.
