What are the foods that can help sleep well?
What is better than a comfortable sleep after a long day of weariness and toil? Probably Nothing! Sleep is a poor man’s wealth and a poor man’s escape. It is the indifferent judge between high and low.
Foods To Get Quick Sleep
Sweet potatoes are great sources of potassium, magnesium, and calcium too. They are a good option if one is an insomniac and has tried other options to have a sound sleep but not gained desired results.
Bananas are loaded with potassium and magnesium. The magnesium in them is a quick sleeping dose.
Herbal tea has many benefits. Chamomile tea is excellent bedtime, and much more beneficial than ginger tea.
Increasing melatonin intake is the best way to get a good night's sleep. Cherries, oats, Pineapples, walnuts, pistachios help in this case.
Green leafy vegetables have magnesium as well as calcium which are sleep inducers.

There may be some mystery about how our ‘daadi’s’ and ‘naani’s ‘ could get everything right. That a glass of warm milk will help one sleep is one of the popular ‘daadi ka nuskhaas’.
