What is better than a comfortable sleep after a long day of weariness and toil? Probably Nothing! Sleep is a poor man’s wealth and a poor man’s escape. It is the indifferent judge between high and low.

  • Sweet potatoes are great sources of potassium, magnesium, and calcium too. They are a good option if one is an insomniac and has tried other options to have a sound sleep but not gained desired results.
