What are some healthy breakfasts?
Breakfast is an essential meal of the day as it gives you the energy and elixir to work throughout the day. Having a healthy breakfast has numerous benefits like staying in a good shape, not falling fatigue too fast and it is good for your immunity and health as well.

- Oatmeal
- Fruits / dry fruits.
Cereal with milk
Cereal is hands down the favourite meal for many kids and even adults. A cereal consists of many nutrients and minerals which support your body system and help you in staying fit and focused. As it also has the goodness of milk it is a total thumbs up for Cereal as breakfast.
For ex − Cornflakes, Honey loops etc.
Oatmeal
Oatmeal is highly rich in fiber and there is no doubt in saying that oatmeal fills your stomach and keeps you active at least for the coming 4 hours. White oats can be boiled with some milk and honey; this is the apt breakfast for many people of the ages 30-50.
For ex − Museli, white oats etc.
Fruits/dry fruits
The body goes under detoxification usually between 7-11am. Having fruit for breakfast helps you speed up the detoxification and it is done more efficiently as a fruit is rich in vitamins and minerals. Eating a handful of dry fruits in the morning can reduce the risk of heart-related diseases by 60%. Dry fruits such as Walnuts, Almonds, and raisins are known to be powerhouses of many nutrients which are required by our body.
