Why cotton cloth is used in the summer season?

Cotton is a natural plant fibre. Cotton clothes contain uneven spaces to allow passage of air. Cotton absorbs sweat and does not let the body heat up, and keeps us cool.

Hence, cotton cloth is preferred to use in the summer season.
