What is the importance of Fish ?


 All fish are good as they contain vitamins, fatty acids, etc which are good for health. Try to eat every fish except the fishes that are toxic.

Some fishes that contain a high amount of vitamins and fatty acids are:

1) Salmon: It is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids, B-vitamins especially B-12.

2) Mackerel: It is a good source of fatty acids and also good at phosphorous, vitamin-D.
