Vibratory motion and oscillatory motion are not the same. Do you agree with the statement? Give reason.
Both vibratory and oscillatory motion are described as "to and fro motion" of the body about the mean position.
But vibratory motion and oscillatory motion are not the same.
The only difference between the two is the vibratory motion has a very high frequency i.e. a large number of oscillations in 1 second. We can say that oscillatory motion with very high frequency is vibratory motion
