What is the difference between circular motion and rotational motion?

Motion is a movement of an object from one point to the other with respect to a frame of reference.

Circular motion

It is the motion of an object in a circular path. For example, the motion of the earth around the sun, the motion of a bike along a curved path, etc.

Rotational motion

It is the rotation of an object around its own axis. For example, the rotation of the earth on its own axis, the rotation of a spinning top, etc.
