We have to express the given linear equation in the form $ax + by + c = 0$ and indicate the values of $a, b$ and $c$.

Solution:

$2x + 3 = 0$

$\Rightarrow 2x+0y+3=0$

Comparing it with $ax+by+c=0$, we get,

$a= 2, b = 0$ and $c = 3$.

The values of $a, b$ and $c$ are $2, 0$ and $3$ respectively.
