We have to express the given linear equation in the form $ax + by + c = 0$ and indicate the values of $a, b$ and $c$.

Solution:

$4 = 3x$

$\Rightarrow 3x+0y-4=0$

Comparing it with $ax+by+c=0$, we get,

$a= 3, b = 0$ and $c = -4$.

The values of $a, b$ and $c$ are $3, 0$ and $-4$ respectively.
