Solution:

$2x + 3y = 9.35$

$\Rightarrow 2x+3y-9.35=0$

Comparing it with $ax+by+c=0$, we get,

$a= 2, b = 3$ and $c = - 9.35$.

The values of $a, b$ and $c$ are $2, 3$ and $-9.35$ respectively.
