Being a certified personal trainer from the America Council on Exercise, Nishanth conducted this experiment of eating 50 packets of biryani in 60 days and still managed to lose three kgs of weight. Of course, he did exercise regularly to tone his upper body.
According to Nishanth, there is no need to feel guilty of your cravings about junk food. You can eat whatever you want and still lose weight. There is always a risk of putting on weight even after eating the healthiest food. Whatever you eat, eat moderately and do exercise.
