Remove Rows Based on Cell Value
Here we will first use the find and replace function to select the range of cells, then delete the rows to complete the task. So let us see a simple process to know how you can remove rows based on cell values in Excel.
Step 1
Consider an Excel sheet where you have duplicate rows, similar to the below image.
First, select the range of cells, then click Ctrl + F to open the find and replace function.
Select Cells > Ctrl + F.
Step 2
Then enter text in Find What and click Find All. Then select all the values by holding the shift key.
Find What > Find All > Select Cells.
Step 3
Then right-click on any selected cell and select delete. Then click on Entire Row and click OK to complete the task.
Right-click > Delete > Entire Rows > OK.
