Ice Cream with fruits is a win-win situation for moms. With the onset of summer, comes the king of fruit, the Mango. Let us look at the recipe for mixing this highly beneficial fruit with the best dessert of summer and make a yummy wholesome dessert.
Initially before the start, freeze the container you want to store the ice cream for 30 minutes in the freezer.
Take the 400 gm fresh cream In a bowl and beat for 5 minutes.
Add mango puree and sugar to the cream and beat for 5-6 minutes to make a fluffy mixture.
Pour this mixture into the chilled container. Wrap a thin plastic sheet over it and freeze for 3 hours.
Remove from the freezer, unwrap the plastic sheet and add the milk powder and beat for 2 minutes till smooth.
Once again the blended mixture goes to the freezer for overnight or minimum 7-8 hours.
You can serve the Icecream with a few fresh mango slices on top !!!
