How can I get up early in the morning?

Waking up early is tough but not impossible. The most important thing is mental dedication, without which you cannot achieve the goal. Even I am, sorry was, like nocturnal, but believe me the below tips what I am giving worked well for me and I feel great now. Hope it will work for you as well.

  • Sleep enough: Yes, you cannot wake up early if you do not have a complete sleep. Sleep your sufficient hours either it is 6, 7 or 8.

  • Put alarm and keep it away from bed: Never keep your phone near to bed to avoid delay. once it rings, you will wake up and get off from the bed, which is the toughest part.

  • Never Snooze: Making snooze creates laziness and ends up with nothing but the loss of time. Day one you will feel lazy but then your mind starts to ignore the snooze.

  • Go to favourite place: Yes, after waking up, go to your favourite place of your home like near the window, balcony, terrace etc. Now, relax for 5-10 minutes, enjoy the morning breath, sunlight and the beautiful morning.

  • Drink Water: After relaxing, come back to the room and drink 1 glass of warm water. This will help to activate your mind and remind you of your goal.
