Foods That Make You Fertile

Fertility can be defined as the natural ability of a human being to conceive offspring. People of all ages and genders can face the problem of fertility over time. There are many ways to improve their fertility. 11% of all couples face the situation of infertility among their partners. According to the World Health Organization, popularly known as the WHO, infertility is a disease in the reproductive systems of males or females. As a result, the female cannot achieve pregnancy after at least 12 months of unprotected sexual intercourse.

In the male reproductive system, the case of infertility is caused by various reasons such as the absence or low level of sperm, abnormal shape of the sperm, abnormal movement, and mobility of the sperm. Some foods include a wide variety of compounds, including caffeine, alcohol, beverages containing sugar, and soy, among others.
