Fertility can be defined as the natural ability of a human being to conceive offspring. People of all ages and genders can face the problem of fertility over time. There are many ways to improve their fertility. 11% of all couples face the situation of infertility among their partners. According to the World Health Organization, popularly known as the WHO, infertility is a disease in the reproductive systems of males or females. As a result, the female cannot achieve pregnancy after at least 12 months of unprotected sexual intercourse.

Some foods include a wide variety of compounds, including caffeine, alcohol, beverages containing sugar, and soy, among others.
