PHP mysqli_get_connection_stats() Function

Definition and Usage

The mysqli_get_connection_stats() function accepts a connection object as a parameter, retrieves and returns the information/status of the given connection, in the form of an array. This function works only for mysqlnd.

Syntax

mysqli_get_connection_stats($con);

Parameters

Return Values

PHP mysqli_get_connection_stats() function returns an array containing the status information of the given connection. In case of failure, this functions returns the boolean value false.

PHP Version

This function was first introduced in PHP Version 5 and works works in all the later versions.

Example

Following example demonstrates the usage of the mysqli_get_connection_stats() function (in procedural style) −
