PHP - Function chgrp()
The chgrp() function can be used to change file group.
Syntax
bool chgrp ( string filename, mixed group )
The above function attempts to change the group of the file: filename to the group. Only the superuser may change the group of a file arbitrarily, and other users may change the group of a file to any group of which that user is a member. This function can return TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
