What Is Selectively Permeable
The selectively permeable means to regulate the movement of substances in and out of the cell.
For example: The plasma membrane or cell membrane of the cell is a selectively permeable membrane. That means the plasma membrane permits some material to pass through it while at the same time it blocks other material from entering through it.
