Take a potted plant and enclose it in an airtight transparent poly bag for 1 hour.

OBSERVATION: After 1 hour, the transparent polybag will have water droplets.

Explanation: Evaporation and Transpiration occur from the aerial part of the plant body in which water changes to water vapour. These water vapour forms droplets of water when they come in contact with the cooler parts of the Polybag.
