What will happen if we cover the utensil with a poly bag when the water would be boiling and when it starts the evaporation process?

When you cover the hot utensil of boiling water with polybag, water changes to water vapour by the process of evaporation. These water vapour rises and touches the cool surface of the polybag, condenses to form water droplets.

The water droplets will be accumulated on the inner surface of the polybag because of the condensation of water vapour.
