$\frac{2}{10000} = 0.0002$           [place decimal point after four paces from right end as there are four zeros in the denominator(10000)]

$\Rightarrow 10+5+0.0002$

$\Rightarrow 15+0.0002$

$\Rightarrow 15.0002$.

Therefore, the value of $10+5+\frac{2}{10000}$ is 15.0002.
