Given :

The given expression is $7\times(4+6)=7\times x\times2$.

To find :

We have to find the value of x.

Solution :

$7\times(4+6)=7\times x\times2$

$7\times(10)=7\times 2\times x$

$70 = 14 \times x$

Rewrite,

$14 \times x = 70$

$x = \frac{70}{14}$

$x = 5$

The value of $x$ is 5.
