How to keep/stop random numbers from changing in Excel?

Step 2

In the dialog box, place the pointer in the "From:" input type and enter the value 5 then place the pointer in the "To:" input type and enter the value 60 which will change numbers from 5 to 60 random numbers. Then check and enable the option "Unique Values" and click on the "OK" button. In the sheet, the selected range of random numbers will be kept from changing with the numbers, it will be changed between the numbers 5 to 60 as shown below.
