C++ Locale Library - operator!=
Description
It compares locales and returns true if the locales are different or else false.
Declaration
Following is the declaration for std::locale::operator!=
C++98
bool operator!= (const locale& x) const;
C++11
bool operator!= (const locale& x) const;
Parameters
x − locale object to compare.
Return Value
It returns true if the locales are different or else false.
Exceptions
Strong guarantee − if an exception is thrown, there are no changes in the objects.
Data races
The locale object is accessed.
Example
In below example explains about std::locale::operator!=.
#include <iostream> #include <locale> int main () { if (std::cout.getloc() != std::locale("C")) std::cout << "cout is not using the locale C.\n"; else std::cout << "cout is using The locale C.\n"; return 0; }
Let us compile and run the above program, this will produce the following result −
cout is using The locale C.
