Lodash - isRegExp method

Syntax

_.isRegExp(value)

Checks if value is classified as a RegExp object.

Arguments

• value (*) − The value to check.

Output

• (boolean) − Returns true if value is regexp, else false.

Example

var _ = require('lodash');

console.log(_.isRegExp(/abc/));
console.log(_.isRegExp('abc'));

Save the above program in tester.js. Run the following command to execute this program.

Output
