CSS - scroll-padding-left
CSS scroll-padding-left property specifies the amount of space between the left edge of the scroll container and the scroll snap area of an element.
Possible Values

CSS Scroll Padding Left - Zero Value
The following example demonstrates how to use scroll-padding-left: 0 property to make sure that there is no padding at the bottom of the container −
