Steps For Setting Up MailChimp in Salesforce −
Step 1 − Search for "MailChimp for Salesforce" on the Salesforce AppExchange, then click "Get it Now."
Step 2 − Select "Install in Production" in step two.
Step 3 − Select "Confirm and Install" after checking the "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions" box.
Step 4 − Click Install after selecting "Install for All Users."
Step 5 − Select "yes, give access to these third-party websites" in the Approve Third-Party Access pop-up window, then click "Continue." You must link your MailChimp account to Salesforce when the installation process has been properly finished.
Step 6 − Sign in to the production org, select App Launcher from the dropdown menu in the top right corner, and then choose MailChimp for Salesforce.
Step 7 − Select the "Login" button under the MC Setup menu.
Step 8 − Click OK in the pop-up box.
Step 9 − To link your MailChimp account with your Salesforce org, enter your MailChimp username and password and click "Login."
Step 10 − Open your production org now, then navigate to MC Setup. Select "I am Ready to Map Fields" after selecting the "Allow MailChimp to generate Leads in Salesforce?" checkbox.
Step 11 − Select a MailChimp field from the dropdown menus under the Salesforce Lead Field and Salesforce Contact Field to map your fields, then click Save.
Step 12 − In the Audience area of MC Setup, the user can modify the mapping by clicking the "map fields" button.
Step 13 − Clicking the map fields displays the mapping as follows. Users can edit the Lead and Contact fields here, which will be mapped to fields in MailChimp.
Step 14 − The user can sync the audience information from MailChimp by selecting "Sync Audience" in the MC Setup window.
