What is ratio?
Ratio:
Ratio is used to compare two numbers. It can be calculated by simply dividing one number with another.
For example, if there are 4 oranges and 3 apples in a bowl of fruit, then the ratio of oranges to apples is 4 to 3.
We can represent it as $4 : 3$
It simply means you have $\frac{4}{3}$ times as many oranges as apples.
