Fibre is the material or the ingredient that is used to make fabric. Thus cotton fibre is used to make cotton fabric. Rayon fibre is used to make rayon fabric.  On the other hand, fibre is obtained from natural sources such as plants and animals or it could be synthetic, having been synthetically made in factories.

Fibre is weaved together to make fabric. Fibre can be natural like cotton, jute, flax, etc or it could be synthetic like rayon, nylon, polystyrene etc.
