If air pressure acting on chair then why it doesn't get crushed?

Air pressure acting on chair, or on any object doesn't crush it, because air is everywhere and the pressure exerted by atmosphere is same at all point, also it exerts equal pressure on all directions. Therefore, the air inside the chair is exerting a equal force in upward direction as that is exerted from top of the table. Thus, the pressure inside the object (chair) is equal to the atmospheric pressure and cancels the pressure from outside.
