When a force acting on a body has equal and opposite reaction, then why should the body move at all?


The body moves because both the action and reaction forces act on the two different bodies. 

As we walk over the surface of the ground, our foot acts as a force on the ground backward, instantly the reaction force is exerted by the ground on our foot. This makes able to move.
