Given A.P. is $1.8, 2.0, 2.2, 2.4, …….$

To do:

We have to find the common difference and write the next two terms of the given A.P.

Solution: 

 The common difference of an A.P. is the difference between any two consecutive terms.

Here,

$a_1=1.8, a_2=2.0, a_3=2.2, a_4=2.4$

$d=a_2-a_1=2.0-1.8=0.2$

$a_5=a_4+d=2.4+0.2=2.6$

$a_6=a_5+d=2.6+0.2=2.8$

The common difference of the given A.P. is $0.2$ and the next two terms are $2.6$ and $2.8$.
