Differentiate between inhalation and exhalation?
| Inhalation | Exhalation |
| Inhalation is the action of breathing in or inhaling | Exhalation is the action of breathing out or exhaling |
| Size of the chest cavity increases. Diaphragm contracts, moves down and became flattened. | Size of the chest cavity decreases. Diaphragm relaxes, moves up and becomes dome-shaped. |
