By eating rice alone, we can fulfil the nutrition of our body. Is this right or wrong?
No, we can't fulfil the required amount of nutrition to our body by eating only Rice. Nutrients are components of food considered to be essential for growth and for maintaining good health. Nutritional requirements are defined by a person's age, sex, body, and weight Rice contains only carbohydrates, whereas we need all the different type of nutrients such as fat, protein, water, fibre, vitamins, and minerals.
