A particle completes a half revolution of a circular track whose radius is $r$ in time $t$. Find the distance travelled by the particle.

Here it is given that a particle completes a half revolution of a circular track whose radius is $r$ in time $t$.

Therefore, distance travelled by the particle is equal to the half of the circumference of the circular track.

so, the distance travelled $=\frac{1}{2}\times2\pi r$

$=\pi r$

Therefore, $\pi r$ is the distance travelled by the particle.
