  • Veteran lyricist Yogesh Gaur, known as Yogesh in the film industry, passed away at the age of 77 years. He is known for hit songs like “Kahin duur jab din dhal jaye” and “Zindagi kaisi hai paheli” that defined the superhit film Anand (1971).

  • First phase of the Army Commanders' Conference concluded in New Delhi. In the three day conference, Army’s apex leadership deliberated upon various aspects related to existing and developing security challenges.
