You have been given a suspension and a solution. How could you tell the difference between them by their appearance ?
A suspension and a solution can be differentiated by the Tyndall effect.
Suspensions, due to the bigger size of their particles scatter the beam of light passing through them and show the Tyndall effect whereas solutions have a very small particle size; hence, cannot scatter the light that passes through them.
