The different methods to prevent pregnancy are: 1. Natural method: It is the method of avoiding the chances of fertilization. 

2. Barrier method: For example, Condoms.

3. Oral contraceptives: Tablets are taken orally which has small doses of hormones.

4. Implants and surgical methods: It includes the use of contraceptive devices such as the loop or Copper-T.

 Oral contraceptives and surgical method of tubectomy are not meant for males.

Usage of contraceptive methods will prevent unwanted pregnancy and also prevent the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). 

Prevention of unwanted pregnancy will result in a limited number of children in a family that helps the parents to provide healthy, nutritious, and prosperous environment to growing kids.
