To represent the above equation graphically we need at least two solutions for the given equation.

For equation $x+y=4$,

$y=4-x$

If $x=0$ then $y=4-0=4$

If $x=4$ then $y=4-4=0$

Plot the points $A(0, 4)$ and $B(4, 0)$ on the graph and join them to get the graph of the given equation.
