HTML - <param> Tag
Introduction to <param> Tag
The HTML <param> tag is used for passing parameters to an embedded object within the <object> tag.
The <param> tag controls the behavior of the <object> element. You can use multiple >param< tags within an <object> but ensure that each <param> tag is places at the beginning of the content.
Syntax
Following is the syntax for the <paran> tag −

Attributes
The HTML <param> tag supports both Global and Event attributes well which are listed below.

| type | MIME type | Specifies the internet media type for the parameter(deprecated). |
| value | value | Specifies the value of the parameter(deprecated). |

Specifies the MIME type of the value(deprecated). |
Example: <param> Element
Consider the following example, where we will use the <param> tag. This HTML code embeds a video from a URL using the <object> tag and sets a parameter to play the video.
